Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10241-052003, acquiring fee property, permanent easement, and temporary easement for the South Pennsylvania Avenue reconstruction project from Puetz Road to Ryan Road, and send a check in the amount of the Award of Damages to the property owner (Project No. 99022) (3rd Aldermanic District).

 

Background:  The acquisition (approved with Resolution No. 10113-050702) of real estate and easements are necessary for the reconstruction of the road project.  The acquisitions acquired at this time are summarized below:

Fiscal Impact:  The total cost of this action is $18,166.35, and is to be paid from CIP funds reserved in Project No. 99022. Eighty percent of the cost will be reimbursed by the State at the end of the project.
