The private entrances will be replaced by the City’s contractor together with the road project and will be special assessed the costs of this work. The property owners have signed Waivers of Special Assessment Notices and Hearings.
Fiscal Impact: Payment for the private entrance replacements will come from funds reserved in the 2000 and 2001 CIP, with reimbursement coming from special assessments levied against benefited properties.
