Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve Resolution No.10207-012103, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Payne & Dolan, Inc., for Project Nos. 01012, 01027 and 01028. These projects involved the installation of pavement improvements in the Shepard Hills area, the Schmitz Subdivision, the Oak Creek Senior High School Press Box, E. Mackinac Avenue, E. Puetz Road and the Lakeview cul-de-sac. (3^rd   Aldermanic District).

Background:  These projects were authorized by the Common Council as part of the Capital Improvement Program, and were awarded on May 15, 2001 (01012 and 01028), and May 7, 2002 (01027).

Fiscal Impact:  Final payment of $37,198.80  (01012-$24,605.94, 01027-$1,081.12, 01028-$11,511.74) is to paid with Capital Improvement provided funding.
