Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10232-041503; which would approve the certified survey map for the properties at 3865 and 3875R East Elm Road.

Background Kenneth and Barbara Nitecki are requesting approval of a minor land division that would redivide the properties at 3865 and 3875R E. Elm Road into a parcel of 1.23 acres and an outlot of .79 acres.  No additional lots would be created as a result of this minor land division.  The redivision of the existing outlot would be for the purpose of eventual sale of these lands to the adjacent property owner.

The Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
