Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10231-041503; which would approve the certified survey map for the property at 3660 East Elm Road.

Background Jennifer and Travis Briglevic are requesting approval of a certified survey map that would divide the 2.97 acre property at 3660 E. Elm Road into a parcel containing the existing home (.52 acres) and an outlot of 2.45 acres.  This outlot, although not directly impacted by an officially mapped street, does have the potential for future development from the north.  There are wetlands and floodplain affecting the properties.

The Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
