Recommendation: To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and request the State be contacted to study the intersection of Howell Avenue and Centennial Drive for the installation of traffic signals, including the Opticom system.

Background: The request was discussed at the Traffic and Commission meeting on March 12, 2003. The Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council.
