Recommendation: To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs on both sides of Burkhard Court.

Background: The request was discussed at the Traffic and Commission meeting on March12, 2003. To conform with the other Industrial Parks in the City, the Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council .

Fiscal Impact: There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
