Recommendation: That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10233-041503, accepting We Energies conveyance of rights for the Pennsylvania Avenue reconstruction project from Puetz Road to Ryan Road (Project No. 99022) ( 3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background: The conveyance of rights and lump sum payment is necessary for the reconstruction of the road project. We Energies is responsible for the relocation of the utility poles along Pennsylvania Avenue. We Energies will relocate an existing utility pole that is inside the existing right-of-way free of charge. The poles that are outside of the existing right-of-way that need to be relocated are billed to the City of Oak Creek.

Fiscal Impact: The lump sum payment of up to $32,581.00 which includes credit for salvage is to be paid from CIP funds reserved in Project No. 99022.
