Recommendation:  That the Common Council move to authorize payment to R.A. Smith & Associates in the amount of $4,042.03 for their work on the C1 Tributary drainage improvements project (Project No. 00037) (5^th Aldermanic District), and the S. 15^th Avenue drainage improvements project (Project No. 01023) (3^rd and 4^th Aldermanic Districts).

Background:  Consultants working on the design of capital improvement projects are paid periodically for work completed.  The project payment summary report is attached for work invoiced through March 25, 2003.

Fiscal Impact:  The contract invoice payment amounts are to be paid with capital improvement funds from Project No. 00037 and Project No. 01023.
