Recommendation:  That the Common Council award TIF District 5, Burkhard Court tree planting, Project No. 00049, to Johnson’s Nursery in the amount of $10,509.70.

Background:  Project No. 00049 consists of contract tree planting services on Burkhard Court within the North Branch Industrial Park.  Johnson’s Nursery is the lowest, qualified bidder for this project.

The Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry prepared plans and specification for this project.  The project was advertised and the following bids were received:
