Recommendation: That the Common Council adopts Resolution No. 10220-031803, a resolution accepting the recommendations of the CIP Committee and authorizing the road improvement projects listed below.
Background: On March 11, 2003, the CIP Committee discussed the 2003 paving program and recommended the following streets for rehabilitation. The Engineering Division will prepare plans and specifications.

After review of the funding for past paving projects and the 2003 budget, there is $900,000 available for the program. The CIP Committee selected projects totaling more than the available funds. The temporary cul-de-sacs will be completed in order using the competitive asphalt bids up to the available funds. The priority order for the temporary cul-de-sacs are as follows:
