Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10319-120203, authorizing City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin Industrial Development Revenue Bond, Series 2003 (Crown Prince, Inc. Project) (1^st District).

Background:  The Common Council adopted an initial resolution and a waiver resolution at their 8/19/03 meeting.  The council reports from the 8/19/03 meeting are attached for reference.  The required public hearing and adoption of this resolution are the final steps in the bond financing for this project. 

Fiscal Impact:  None.
