Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs on the gates at the end of E. Fitzsimmons Road and E. Oakwood Road.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on November 12, 2003.  In order to maintain emergency access to Bender Park, the Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council.

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
