RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT

FOR GEORGETOWN COMMONS WEST ADDITION NO. 1

(5th Aldermanic District)

                        WHEREAS, it appears that the subdivision plat by KAEREK BUILDERS, INC. hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, for the subdivision known as Georgetown Commons West Addition No. 1, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

                        WHEREAS, letters of no-objection of said subdivision by the Wisconsin Department of Administration and the Milwaukee County Department of Public Works will be received prior to the recording of the subdivision , and will be on file in the office of the City Clerk, and

                        WHEREAS, said plat of Georgetown Commons West Addition No. 1has been recommended for approval by the City of Oak Creek Plan Commission; and

                        WHEREAS, the subdivider has entered into a development agreement that has previously been approved by the City; and

                        WHEREAS, the subdivider has installed the public improvements required by said agreement; and

                        WHEREAS, these improvements have been certified by the City Engineer; and

                        WHEREAS, those improvements specified in the agreement that can be installed at a later date are covered by funds escrowed by the developer; and

                        WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek.

                        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plat for Georgetown Commons West Addition No. 1 in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.              

            Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 2nd day of December, 2003.

                        Passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, 2003.
