NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO BE HELD BEFORE

THE COMMON COUNCIL

            Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin (the “City”), will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 8640 S. Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, Wisconsin pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed issuance of not to exceed $2,235,000 City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2003 (Crown Prince, Inc. Project) (the “Bonds”) pursuant to Section 66.1103 of the Wisconsin Statutes for the benefit of Crown Prince, Inc. and CPP Properties, LLC (collectively, the “Company”).  Said bond issue is to finance costs of acquiring, rehabilitating and equipping an existing manufacturing facility of approximately 76,700 square feet located at 7730 South 6^th Street in the City of Oak Creek (the “Project”) to be owned and operated by the Company.  The Project will be used in the Company’s business of textile screen printing and embroidery.

            The Bonds will not constitute an indebtedness of the City of Oak Creek within the meaning of any Wisconsin constitutional provision or statutory limitation and will not constitute or give rise to a pecuniary liability of the City of Oak Creek or a charge against the City’s general credit or taxing powers.

            At this hearing, all persons will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, regarding the proposed issuance of the Bonds.
