NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by MIE Properties, Inc. to amend the planned unit development (PUD) at 9803-9835 S. 13th Street to include dog training facilities, when conducted entirely within an enclosed structure, as a permitted use.
