NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Legacy Development Company to amend the official map for the Northwest one-quarter of Section 15, affecting the area bounded by East Drexel Avenue, South Pennsylvania Avenue, East Forest Hill Avenue and the Oak Creek

Hearing Date:                                    Tuesday, December 16, 2003

Time:                                      7:00 p.m.

Place:                                     Oak Creek City Hall

                                                Oak Creek, WI  53154

                                                Common Council Chambers

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 16, 2003 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
