Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the temporary street parking at 6800 S. 6^th Street for the extra trucks required by UPS for the holidays.  The parking shall be limited to both sides of the street from their south property line to the north property line.  Parking will not be permitted in the cul-de-sac.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on November 12, 2003.  This request has been granted for the past couple of years for the extra trucks to be parked along S. 6^th Street from mid-November to mid- December.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
