AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.40(12)

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE

RELATING TO ELECTRICAL LICENSE FEES

The City of Oak Creek Common Council does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1:         Section 3.40(12) is hereby amended to read as follows:

(12)     Electrical License Fee.

c.         Electrical Maintenance License – Class M.

            1.         Initial fee (expires on May 31):  $30

            2.         Renewal (annual commencing June 1, expiring May 31):            $20

d.         Electrical Maintenance License – Class C.

            1.         Initial fee (expires on May 31):  $30

            2.         Renewal (annual commencing June 1, expiring May 31):            $20

Section 2:         All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3:         This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
