Recommendation: That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10301-110403, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 402 and 404 West Puetz Road.

Background: Springbrook Development, LLC is requesting approval of a certified survey map that would redivide the properties at 402 and 404 W. Puetz Road. These properties are developed as part the Springbrook Cercle residential complex. The development is already subdivided by CSM parcels, but this map will reshape the two (2) existing parcels involved. The map also contains numerous pages of easements on the site, the exact location of which have been verified as required by the City Engineer.

The Plan Commission has reviewed this request and has recommended its approval.

Fiscal Impact: This is a redivision of existing, developed properties. There is no fiscal impact.
