Recommendation:  License Committee is scheduled to meet prior to the 11/4/03 Council meeting.  The following recommendations are being made at this time:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license to:

            Vu Thanh Phan, 2503 E. Fenway Dr.

            Jessica Dallas Chattos, 7077 N. 42^nd St., Milwaukee (Legion)

            Shanda M. Kuczynski, 3800 E. Oakwood Rd. (

2.         Grant a Class A Combination license to Nita & Bhru Enterprises, Inc., Othon Valle, Agent, for Convenience Plus, 9110 S. Chicago Rd., with issuance subject to receipt of tax ID numbers and receipt of responsible beverage service certificate.
