Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs along the Northeast side of Orchard Way from Breaburn Drive to Cortland Drive along the front of the Water Reservoir.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on September 10, 2003.  As part of the increased security for the water utility, the Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council.

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
