Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “Deaf Child” signs at 710 E. Quail Run.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on September 10, 2003.  The Traffic and Safety Commission passed a motion to make this recommendation to the Common Council.

Fiscal Impact:  There are sufficient funds available in the Street Division operating budget to accommodate this recommendation.
