Recommendation: That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10285-100703, which would approve the development agreement with Michael G. and Susan S. Wenzen for the construction of a temporary cul-de-sac extension to S. Fieldpointe Drive.
Background: Michael G. and Susan S. Wenzen are proposing to build a single family home on their property at 8770 S. Fieldpointe Drive. For this to occur, the Wenzens must construct a temporary cul-de-sac extension onto their property, per Section 14 of the Municipal Code. This agreement will provide the City with the authority to direct and control the cul-de-sac extension to ensure it meets City codes and specifications.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
DEVELOPMPENT AGREEMENT WITH
MICHAEL G. AND SUSAN S. WENZEN
(4TH ALDERMANIC DISTRICT)
BE IT RESOLVED that Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code requires that a development agreement be entered into first prior to the required public improvements being installed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Development Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, by and between Michael G. and Susan S. Wenzen, as party of the first part, and the CITY OF OAK CREEK, as party of the second party, be and the same is hereby approved.
