Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10290-100703, which would accept the offer of dedication of street right-of-way located adjacent to the  land at 2031 W. Ryan Road. 

Background:  A certified survey map had been submitted by Speedway Travel Center, LLC, which would subdivide the land at 2031 W. Ryan Road.  The certified survey map included a dedication of a portion of West Ryan Road adjacent to this property.  However, the resolution approving the certified survey map did not contain language accepting this dedication.  The attached resolution includes the required acceptance for this right-of-way.
