Recommendation: That the Common Council consider a motion to award the project to move the books and shelves at the City of Oak Creek Public Library to the sole provider, Coakley Bros. Co., in the amount of $11,850.00 (Project No. 02036) (3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background: An estimate of $11,850.00 was received from Coakley Bros. Co. to move the books and shelving in the Library. Coakley Bros. Co. is the only company with the equipment necessary to move the books while on the shelves.

Fiscal Impact: This project was approved in the 2001 CIP budget with funds available in the Library Facilities Impact Fee Escrow.
