Recommendation: That the Common Council consider a motion to award the project to install carpet at the City of Oak Creek Public Library to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder Lippert Tile Company, Inc., in the amount of $44,400.00 (Project No. 02036) (3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background: The Engineering Division prepared plans and specifications for the project, the work was advertised, and the following two bids were received.

Fiscal Impact: This project was approved in the 2001 CIP budget with funds available in the Library Facilities Impact Fee Escrow.
