Recommendation: That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10216-030403, accepting fee property, permanent and temporary easements for the Pennsylvania Avenue reconstruction project from Puetz Road to Ryan Road (Project No. 99022) (3rd Aldermanic District).

 

Background: The acquisition (approved with Resolution No. 10113-050702) of real estate and easements are necessary for the reconstruction of the road project. The acquisitions accepted at this time are summarized below:
