Recommendation: That the Common Council consider a motion to award the project to replace 14 insulated window units at the City of Oak Creek Public Library to Layton Glass & Mirror, Inc. in the amount of $7,651.84 (Project No. 03006) (3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background: The City Librarian prepared specifications for the project and the work was advertised. Bid specifications were also mailed to four other vendors; however, only one bid was received as follows:

Fiscal Impact: This project was approved in the 2003 CIP.
