Recommendation: That the Common Council consider a motion to award the project to clean ceiling tile at the City of Oak Creek Public Library to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder C.P.I. Restoration Services in the amount of $3,570.00 (Project No. 03006) (3^rd Aldermanic District).

Background: The City Librarian prepared specifications for the project, the work was advertised, and the following two bids were received.

Fiscal Impact: This project was approved in the 2003 CIP budget.
