CITY OF OAK CREEK
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE
RECRUITMENT OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Creek is seeking Request for Proposals for professional services in the recruitment of a City Administrator.
Sealed proposals will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office, City of Oak Creek City Hall, 8640 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, WI 53154, until Friday, July 8, 2005 at 12:00 noon. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with “CITY ADMINISTRATOR RECRUITMENT” marked in the lower left-hand corner. All proposals shall include project references and relevant experience, resumes of key individuals included in the recruitment process, identification of the project approach, and a proposed timeline and fees.
Each bidder will be responsible for the delivery of their proposal to the proper office on time. The City will not be responsible for proposals that are mismarked, delayed in the mail, or delivered to the wrong office.
The Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Each proposal shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the deadline. It is anticipated that the Common Council will take action on the proposals at their meeting of Tuesday, July 19, 2005.
