Contract
Specifications for the 2006 Road Improvement Projects
Each bidder is hereby instructed to
amend the Contract Specifications as follows:
1. In all
references to the contract bid item Asphalt,
Type E-1 (12.5 mm) any and all wording referencing “100% virgin material
only” shall be disregarded. Section 460.2.5 of the State Specifications
regarding use of reclaimed asphaltic pavement materials shall apply to the bid
item.
Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on Page P-1 of the Bid Proposal. Failure to do so may result in bid disqualification.
