amend the Contract Documents as follows:
Plan Sheet Nos. 26 of 27
(04003-17D-2095) and 27 of 27 (04003-18D-2096) were inadvertently omitted from
the original plan set and are attached to this cover letter and are part of the
Contract Documents.
Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on Page P-1 of the Bid Proposal. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
