- Call Meeting to Order

- Approval of Minutes: 6/29/2010 and 7/6/2010.
Old Business
- Motion: Consider a motion to consider the request of the law firm of Schober, Schober & Mitchell for payment of attorney’s fees of $9,081.50 incurred by Earl Giefer (held 7/6/2010) (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider a motion to allocate the City’s 2011 CDBG funds to the projects that are found to be eligible as shown on the attached report (held 6/15/10) (by Committee of the Whole).
New Business
MAYOR & COMMON COUNCIL
- Motion: Consider a motion to adopt Resolution No. 11059-072010, accepting the 2009 Financial Statement and Auditors’ Report as prepared and presented by Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of both the Police and Fire Commission and Personnel Committee and approve the revised job description for Police Chief (by Committee of the Whole).
- Discussion: Initiate discussion relative to the preparation of the 2011 City of Oak Creek budget (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider a motion to approve the 2010 Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $1,108,904.71 (by Committee of the Whole).
ENGINEERING
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 11061-072010, vacating a 30-foot public utility easement and approving a 25-foot public utility easement across the properties at 3355 and 3375 E. Debbie Dr. and 9140 and 9150 S. Patricia Blvd., as shown on Exhibit A (4th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 11060-072010, accepting the proposed W. Elm Rd. extension as a local road (6th District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for various projects as listed on the attached summary report (various districts).
LICENSE COMMITTEE
The License Committee did not meet prior to the 7/20/2010 Common Council meeting. Tentative recommendations are being made as follows:

Closed Session
- Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Closed Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to review and discuss resumes submitted by applicants for the position of City Administrator and to establish a list of semi-finalists.
- Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
- Motion: Consider a motion to take action, in required.
