    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and structure plans for a solar panel canopy for Riteway Bus Services located at 7433 S. 10th Street. (764-9052)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscape plans for Crothall Laundry Services for the property at 9841 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 926-9025) 
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for the property at 9905 S. S. 13th Street submitted by Center Point Properties/Crothall Laundry Services. (Tax Key No. 926-9025) 
    4. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the conditional use permit for LePine Enterprises located at 9540 and 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, which would allow an additional two (2) years for the required construction of the office building. (Tax Key Nos. 910-9984 & 910-9985)
    5. REZONE  - Review a proposed rezoning of the properties at 8781 and 8871 S. 5th Avenue from Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential and B-1, Local Business to Rs-4, Single Family Residential, submitted by Kaerek Homes, Inc. for the Carrollville Woods multi-family  (Tax Key Nos. 856-0114 and 865-0112)
