- REZONE – Review a proposed rezoning of the property at 2935 E. Elm Road from A-1, Limited Agriculture to Rs-1, Single Family Residential submitted by Abel Ortiz (Tax Key No. 970-9997)
- CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVIEW – Review first year of the conditional use for the seasonal display of no more than six (6) trailers and recreational vehicles at Hanna Trailer located at 7575 S. Howell Avenue and make a recommendation to the Common Council. (Tax Key No. 782-9034)
