Resolution:  Consider Resolution No. 10987-061609, approving an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding between the City of Franklin and the City of Oak Creek pertaining to the development of the South 27th Street Corridor plan, a joint project, City of Franklin, City of Oak Creek (held 6/16/09 (by Committee of the Whole).
