    1. CONDITONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request for a conditional use permit submitted by Kwik Trip, Inc. for a gasoline station and car wash located at 9535 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 904-9008)
    2. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a correction of Section 17.0314(e)(2) of the zoning ordinance to establish minimum floor area ratios in the B-3, Office & Professional Business Zoning District
    3. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Continue to discuss compliance issues with the State of Wisconsin Smart Growth Law and the City of Oak Creek Comprehensive Plan (A 2020 Vision for the City of Oak Creek)
  4. ADJOURN
