    1. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing for a sign appeal submitted by Foran Spice located at 7616 S. 6th Street to allow for a monument sign to be placed one (1) foot from the front property line. (Tax Key No. 782-9027-001)

    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for the Centennial Park apartments addition located at 9029 & 9173 S. Shepard Avenue submitted by Centennial Park South, LLC. (Tax Key No. 860-9005 & 860-9006)
    2. RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION – Review a proposed vacation of a 40’ wide strip of right-of-way located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 21 (9029 & 9173 S. Shepard Avenue).
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by S.K. Mehta for a multi-tenant retail center located at 200 W. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No. 734-9023)
    4. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the SE ¼ of Section 5 that would remove an officially mapped street that affects the properties at 200 W. Rawson Avenue & 6955 S. Howell Avenue
    5. REZONING – Review a proposed amendment to the C-1 Shoreland Wetland zoning overlay district for the property at 200 W. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No. 734-9023)
    6. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Discuss issues and potential Zoning Ordinance amendments to address the long-term placement of dumpsters and portable storage units in residential zoning districts.
