    1. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for an animal hospital submitted by Vikramjit Dhillon for the proposed multi-tenant building at 9000 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 856-0070-007)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by the Knights Community Stadium Committee for a new restroom and concession building located at Oak Creek High School at 340 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 827-9026)
    3. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat for the Whispering Oaks subdivision submitted by Flemma Development Group, LLC for the properties at 8851, 8931, and 8947 S. 15th Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 863-9975, 863-9971, & 863-9970)
    4. TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit submitted by Steelwind Industries for a temporary trailer for their shipping and receiving office located at 7550 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key No. 783-9003-003)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a proposed conditional use permit for an automobile service facility submitted by Eugene Eder for the property at 1135 W.  Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key No. 764-9996)
    6. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by the Ibarra Living Trust for the properties at 2031 W. Ryan Road & 9561 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-9020).
    7. PLAN REVIEW – Review the master development plan for Arthur Abendschein Community Memorial Park and make a recommendation to the Common Council.
    8. PLAN REVIEW – Review the 2008 City of Oak Creek 5-Year Park and Open Space Plan and make a recommendation to the Common Council
    9. REZONING – Review a proposed rezoning of the Delphi property at 7929 S. Howell Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to A-1, Agricultural ( 913-9013)
    10. PLAN REVIEW – Review site plans submitted by Green Man Wood Services for the properties at 9000 & 9100 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key Nos. 862-9991 & 862-9994-008)
