    1. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review a proposed conditions and restrictions for a the Planned Unit Development submitted by Syner g Hotel Development for a mixed use development located at 6448, 6440, 6460 S. Howell Avenue and 239 & 325 E. College Avenue (Tax Key Nos. Multiple)
    2. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by Bielinski Homes for the Autumn Fields subdivision located at 3010, 3080, 3110, 3260, 3330R, 3324, and 3400 E. Elm Road. (Tax Key Nos. multiple)
    3. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a proposed conditional use permit for an animal hospital submitted by Vikramjit Dhillon for the proposed multi-tenant building at 9000 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 856-0070-007)
    4. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review and make a recommendation to the Common Council on proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance as it relates to exterior material requirements.
