- Call meeting to order.
- Roll call.
- Review the following claims:
- Bill from WE Energies in the amount of $914.08 for damage done by a snow plow to an overhead service in the area of 8931 S. 26th St. on 2/19/08.
- Letter of hardship from Valerie Shong, 3027 W. American Dr., Greenfield, WI in the amount of $1,001.00 for ambulance service on 3/14/07.
- Claim of Badger Mutual Insurance Company on behalf of Teresa M. Farr, in the amount of $479.04, for damage done to her rear window by a snow plow on 2/1/08.
- Notice of Claim filed by Mark and Jayne Niendorff, 8140 S. Willow Dr., in the amount of $46.84 for reimbursement for a mailbox damaged by a snow plow on 3/7/08.
- Claim of Farmers Insurance Group on behalf of Yvonne Vanderheyden, in the amount of $1,136.53 for damage done to her rear window by a snow plow on 2/1/08.
- Claim of Amy Greiner, 8280 S. 20th St., in the approximate amount of $963.01, plus future car rental charges, for damage done to her 2007 Jeep Commander by a snow plow on 3/22/08.
- Discussion of and recommendation to the Council on the status of the claim of Miguel Uribe, Jr., in the approximate amount of $8,104.42 plus car rental fees incurred of $1,344.75, as of 3/7/08, and future car rental fees in an unknown amount, for damage done to his 2006 Mazda by a snow plow on 2/6/08.

Public Notice
