    1. REZONING – Review a proposed rezoning of the properties at 7377, 7421, and 7471 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional submitted by the Oak Creek Assembly of God. (Tax Key Nos. 763-9004, 763-9009, 763-9011) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)

    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by the Oak Creek Assembly of God combining the properties at 7311, 7377, 7421, and 7471 S. 13th Street (Tax Key Nos. 763-9004, 763-9009, 763-9011, & 763-9002-001) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    2. LANDSCAPING PLAN REVIEW – Review final landscaping plans submitted by We Energies for the Elm Road Generating Station Units 1 & 2. (Tax Key No. Multiple) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review a conditions and restrictions and the general development plan for the proposed Bielinski Homes Planned Unit Development located at 3010, 3080, 3110, 3260, 3330R, 3324, and 3400 E. Elm Road. (Tax Key Nos. multiple) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit submitted by Tri-Star Recycling to allow them to operate a ferrous material recycling facility with outdoor storage located on the rear portions of the properties at 6524 & 6548 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9987 & 717-9986) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit submitted by Miller Compressing to allow them to operate a non-ferrous recycling facility for the front portion of the properties at 6524 & 6548 S. 13th Street, which are owned by Tri-Star recycling (Tax Key No. 717-9987 & 717-9986) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit to allow for the outdoor storage of towed and repossessed, vehicles at 6880 S. 10th Street submitted by B&B Automotive Towing and Recovery, LLC. (Tax Key No. 735-9995) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    7. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a proposed conditional use permit submitted by Trunk Bay Investments, LLC for a Microtel Inn & Suites located at 9611 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 904-9009) (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
    8. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance submitted by Sameer Abulughod (Crystal Limousine & Coach) that would make outside parking and storage of up to 15 vehicles a conditional use in the B-4, Highway Business District. (From 2-12-2008 meeting)
