    1. REZONING & PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review a proposed rezoning submitted by Bielinski Homes to rezone the properties at 3010, 3080, 3110, 3260, 3330R, 3324, and 3400 E. Elm Road. Road from A-1, Agricultural and Rs-3, Single Family Residential to Rs-2 (PUD), Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development (Tax Key Nos. multiple)
  6. NEW BUSINESS
    1. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Discuss a potential street vacation and conversion to a pedestrian path submitted by the Oakwood Lakes Homeowners Association for S. Ricky Drive in the Oakwood Lakes Subdivision.
    2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the existing conditional use permit submitted by Black Diamond Group for the properties at 6925, 6945 and 6965 S. 6th Street (Tax Key No. 734-9001-003, 735-9991, and 735-9992).
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Black Diamond Group for the properties at 6925, 6945 and 6965 S. 6th Street (Tax Key No. 734-9001-003, 735-9991, and 735-9992).
    4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit submitted by Tri-Star Recycling for a ferrous material recycling facility with outdoor storage located at the rear portions of the properties at 6524 & 6548 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9987 & 717-9986)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit submitted by Miller Compressing for a non-ferrous recycling facility for the front portion of the properties at 6524 & 6548 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9987 & 717-9986)
