    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for an equipment building submitted by T-Mobile for the property at 8430 S. Orchard Way (Tax Key No. 831-9021)
    2. S. 27th STREET CORRIDOR STREETSCAPE – Review the South 27th Street Corridor Streetscape Manual and make a recommendation to Common Council.
