    1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a proposed conditional use permit submitted by The Green Man Wood Services to allow for a lumberyard/contractor’s office with outdoor storage of vehicles, materials, and equipment located at 9000 & 9100 S. Nicholson Road (Tax Key No. 862-9991 & 872-9994-008)
    2. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the NW ¼ of Section 16 submitted by Mike & Julie St. John.

    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Simon Krizan for the property at 9878 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key No. 909-9009)
    2. SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed sign for the Colonial Woods Condominium Development submitted by Heartland Development for the property at 8100 & 8300 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 810-9012)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed building addition submitted by MMSD for  the South Shore Treatment Plant located at 8400 S. 5th Avenue (Tax Key No. 821-9997)
    4. PUD AMENDMENT – Review a proposed time of compliance extension for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Ordinance for the Gathering located at 155 W. Sunnyview Drive. (Tax Key No. 859-9044)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Kelly’s Bleachers, Oak Creek for an addition and renovation to the building at 10276 S. 27th Street (Tax Key No. 927-9020)
