  1. Motion:  Consider a motion to rescind the Council action of 8/6/07 in which the Council did not adopt Ordinance No. 2465, rezoning the property at 904 E. Rawson Ave. from B-4 Highway Business to M-1 Manufacturing with a conditional use permit for a contractor’s yard with outdoor storage of limousines (1st District).

  2. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10791-091807, approving a Service and Assessment Agreement between Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin Ltd., and the City of Oak Creek (1st District).
  3. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10792-091807, seeking a speedy Wisconsin legislative adoption of the 2007-09 biennium budget (by Committee of the Whole).
  4. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve a Participation Agreement between the City of Oak Creek and Boardman Law Firm for the formulation of a Cable Legislation Group (by Committee of the Whole).
  5. Informational:  Mayor’s appointment of Ald. Kopplin to the Water & Sewer Utility Commission.
  6. Informational:  Certificate of Appreciation presented to Martin Zabkowicz by the Board of Health for dedicated service to the City of Oak Creek as a member of the Board of Health.
  7. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $356,307.74 (by Committee of the Whole).

  8. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

    Community Development

  9. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10790-091807, approving the certified survey map for the properties at 9160 and 9330 S. Shepard Ave. (Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District) (3rd District).
  10. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10793-091807, approving the certified survey map for the property at 305 E. Mahn Ct. (TIF District No. 4) (1st District).

    Miscellaneous

  11. 11.       Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of Common Council action on items 1 through 10, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss:
    1. performance evaluation and salary for the Street Superintendent;
    2. performance evaluation and salary for the Zoning Administrator; and Section 19.85(1)(g) to discuss:
    3. strategy regarding pending litigation relating to Oak Creek Citizens Action Committee and Mark Verhalen v. City of Oak Creek.
  12. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  13. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action on the Executive Session, if required.
  14. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2474, relating to the salary for the Street Superintendent.
  15. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2475, relating to the salary for the Zoning Administrator/Planner.

    Fire

  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the Fire Department restructuring proposal as presented (by Committee of the Whole).
