- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District for the properties at 9160 and 9330 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 873-9979-003 & 873-9978)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Bruce LePine for LePine Enterprises located at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue (910-9983-001 & 910-9984)
- RIGHT OF WAY VACATION – Review a proposed street and alley right of way vacation for the alley north of E. Dexter Avenue and an unused portion of S. 6th Avenue located in the SW ¼ of Section 24.
- SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a set of window signs proposed for TCF Bank located at 8995 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 859-9043)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Country Creek Homes for the property at 2521 E. Sharon Drive & 2630 E. Puetz Road (Tax Key No. 824-9001 & 824-0310)
- PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by Country Creek Homes for the Stone Creek addition located at 2630 E. Puetz Road (Tax Key No. 824-9001 & 824-0310)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by FR/CAL Oak Creek, LLC for the property at 305 W. Mahn Court (Tax Key No. 766-9028)
- CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a proposed conditional use permit submitted by The Green Man Wood Services to allow for a lumberyard/contractor’s office with outdoor storage of vehicles, materials, and equipment located at 9000 & 9100 S. Nicholson Road (Tax Key No. 862-9991 & 872-9994-008)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Provide clarification and direction on a proposed zoning text amendment regarding metal roofs in residential zoning districts
