- TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit submitted by Mcjensar Realty to allow for a model home and sales office located at 845 E. Orchard Court for the Shepard Orchard and Orchard View subdivisions. (Tax Key No. 922-9101)
- TEMPORARY USE – Review an amendment to a temporary use approval submitted by Colonial Woods Condominiums for the temporary sales trailer located at 8100 S. 27th Street (Tax Key No. 810-9012)
- TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit for Karl’s Event Rental located at 950 W. Rawson Avenue to allow for a tent to be used for a vehicle repair area (Tax Key No. 735-9002)
- REZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to Ordinance 2459 which rezoned the property at 140 E. Rawson Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing for the Goodwill Industries Oak Creek Center for Work & Training (Tax Key No. 733-9991-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for the Goodwill Industries Oak Creek Center for Work and Training located at 140 E. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No. 733-9991-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a detached garage building for the Life Creek Church located at 2020 E. Drexel Avenue (Tax Key No. 779-9988-001)
- REZONE – Review a proposed rezoning of the property at 9136 S. Shepard Avenue from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional and a portion of the property at 9330 S. Shepard Avenue from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District (Tax Key 873-9979-003)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Provide clarification and direction on a proposed zoning text amendment regarding metal roofs in residential zoning districts.
