    1. SIGN APPEAL – Hold a public hearing on a proposed sign appeal request submitted by Menard’s to allow for the installation of a replacement electronic messageboard sign on an existing legal non-conforming sign located at 6800 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 737-9040)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the NE ¼ of Section 16 submitted by the City of Oak Creek Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department.
    2. SITE & LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW – Review site landscaping for the Oak Creek Municipal Services Building addition & renovation at 800 W. Puetz Road submitted by the City of Oak Creek (Tax Key No. 829-9000-001)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by GRK Investments for the Arizona Grille located at 8950 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 856-0070-006)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Simon Krizan for the property at 9580 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key No. 909-9999-002)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site plans for a 15,000 square foot parking lot addition for the Oak Creek Little League Complex located at 7800 S. 6th Street. (Tax Key No. 782-9045)
    6. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Liberty Property Trust for the Liberty Preserve buildings I & II, located at 9950, 10068 &10108 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 927-9998 & 927-9028)
